I 'm Dimuthma Umashani , PMO Lead and project Coordinator with a passion for navigating the complexities of the tech word.
I currently lead project management offices and coordinate high-stakes projects across Software Development, E-commerce, and Digital Marketing. My daily life involves managing cross-functional teams, streamlining workflows, and ensuring that technical products are delivered with business precision.
Working in the heart of the software and e-commerce industries has shown me that while technical skills are vital, the "human" side of coordination communication, strategy, and empathy is what truly makes a project succeed.
My Mission: Tech for the "Non-Tech"
The tech industry can be intimidating, especially for those coming from non-technical backgrounds like Administration, Arts, or Business. I’ve seen many brilliant Project Managers struggle to adapt to "IT culture" simply because they don't speak the "dev language."
I am here to change that.
My mission with Beyond Project Plan is to help non-technical Project Managers and Coordinators:
